Our services and quotes
Project work starts only after we agree in writing on the scope, price, timeline, payment terms and ownership of the work. That agreement takes priority over these terms. Services from other companies that your project uses, such as Shopify, hosting or domain providers, have their own terms and fees, which you agree to with them directly. We accept electronic communications and signatures as provided by the Electronic Signature and Electronic Transactions Law No. 78 of 2012.
Intellectual property
The Maashee name, logo, text, design and illustrations on this website belong to Maashee and are protected under Iraqi law, including the Copyright Protection Law No. 3 of 1971 (as amended). The illustrations on this site are original works created for Maashee. Please don't reuse them without written permission.
Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each project agreement.
